Hakkinen

The Hakkinen is a military organization that seeks to protect the people of the Qafuri from war and the LEUP plague. In their conquest they built the Warpland as an underground refugee city far any Qafurian. In exchange for safety the Hakkinen must have complete freedom to experiment on its inhabitants. All for the promise of developing a cure for the virus. Oumi and Aissa are studying to find a cure and to treat the virus. The Hakkinen are the Qafuri’s last hope.

They are a group that believes to be enlightened and are perceived as gods by the people of Liam. They are seen as enchanted healers and will bring salvation to the Qafuri.
