Pap Souleye Fall is a Senegalese-American artist who lives and works in Dakar, Senegal. 

He grew up watching anime and reading mangas like Dragonball, Naruto, Berserk, and Akira. His love for storytelling and visual art lead him to create a story of his own. OBLIVION ROUGE was born out of a nightmare, and has developed into a whole universe over the course of two years.
